this past weekend i got the chance to spend the day with my sister up in lee vining. we ate pancakes with peanut butter and syrup. had a good heart-to-heart. and romped around dirt roads and mountain passes in search of fall foliage. sadly i missed the prime fall color timeframe by a few weeks and our search proved to be uneventful. in terms of color at least. but we did have ourselves a grand old time, and she took to virgina lake which was fun and things since i had never been there before. i managed to get some nifty shots of said lake and the snow-capped mountains surrounding. oh what fun.

you may remember my polaroid series from around this time last year. my parents and i went on a speed-hike right before sunset, and i created some of my favorite images of all time. but in a tragic series of events i lost the originals and only have my polaroids. and well, i’m okay with that. mostly. cuz i love me some little digital polaroids. needless to say, i’m pretty sure this will turn into an annual happening on the blog. oh what fun. so with without further ado, i give your the 2010 sierra fall poladroid series…
