Hello everyone. I’d like to take a moment to introduce to you my sweet niece who was born July 10th at 9:32pm. She is healthy, adorable and as precious as can be.

As soon as I got word from my dad that my sister was in labor, I hopped in the car and blazed up 395. I just had to be there for it all to witness and document as much of this special day as possible. Luckily, I made it in plenty of time and was able to be with my family as we waited and was able to kiss my sister’s cheek several times throughout the day. After 24 plus hours of labor and no progress, they opted for a c-section since it had been too long, and it was possible the baby is in distress…not to mention my poor sister was exhausted. I was not such a fan of the whole surgery thing especially when my big sis is involved, and it was quite difficult to see her wheeled away on the gurney. It was a long hour to say the least, but when I heard my mom shout my name as she ran through the hallway chasing the cart with sweet Trinity in it…I knew the time had finally come. When I caught the first glimpse of my niece, I was overcome with joy and happiness. Somehow, I managed to cry, feel, celebrate, and photograph all at the same time. I’m getting quite skilled at it and I think I may very well list these skills on my resume. haha. Here is Tim loving on his daughter and sharing in her first moments on Earth. And this series marks the first of many to come from her Uncle Jeff.

To make it all the more special, we were allowed in the nursery almost immediately. Here are our first up-close glimpses of Trinity…

Grandma’s first time meeting her…

And of course, our first meeting. She wanted to hold me hand. So loves me already. And I love her so.

Look at those tiny hands. I lurve ’em.

And those feet?! Awww. And she kept tugging on her beanie. It was ADORABLE.

Little feet prints. Sigh.

That’s Trinity getting all dolled up to be reunited with her mama. And then Tim and Dr. Green and Trinity. Apparently, Dr. Green delivered Tim nearly 27 years ago and was one of his first at Inyo Hospital. How cool is that?

Happy and content with her mama.

She’s already loving my camera and is quite the social butterfly. Pam Payne is holding her during our lil mini shoot. This is one of my favorites thus far.

Here’s Trinity and her great-grandmother. I cry every time I look at this photo. At this point there were so many generations all in one room. Sigh.

Crying, squinty babies are so cute.

Grandma’s first official photo with her grand-daughther. My sweet mama was all smiles the whole time and has hardly left Sister’s side.

The G-rents!

Grandpa and Trinity! My dad was beside himself with joy (and tears).

That’s it for days one and two. I’m due for my official picture with her this evening. It’s hard to get a shot with her since everyone can’t get enough of her. But don’t worry I did get to hold her and I loved every minute of it. She loves me and I love her.
Thank you everyone for all your prayers and well wishes. Our family feels incredibly blessed and loved. 🙂
